Please feel free to contact me for help using any of my applications. If you are reporting a bug or crash, specify the word "bug" in the subject line so that the message gets routed appropriately.

Please make sure to use relevant and useful subject lines for any and all emails. If my spam filter thinks that it's not a legitimate message, I will most likely not respond since it will be lost. Also, keep the subject line reasonable. Too long, and it will get rejected.

Please do not include any web URLs or links in your message. If there is a link that is pertinent to your support request, I will ask for it in a follow-up email. To combat spam, your message will be rejected before being sent if it contains any links or URLs.

• I do not respond to people requesting me to set up reciprocal links in an attempt to do search engine optimization.
• I will not respond if you are asking to host any of my applications on your software repository. Please link directly to my site.
• I do not accept or post sponsored or guest content on this site. All blog posts will be specifically about software available on this site, or possible related to myself/my interests.
• I do not want or need help with developing my website or mobile applications. This is a hobby website, it does not, nor is it expected to earn any meaningful income.
• I do not need help with search engine optimization (SEO). My site ends up where it ends up in the search results. Again, I do not make money from the site, so there is no need for being at "the top."
